De achterruitmoer (vaak een kunststof dopmoer of een metalen schoudermoer) is een essentieel technisch bevestigingsonderdeel van de achterklep van uw brommobiel. Hij zorgt voor de bevestiging en het vastzetten van de as van de achterruitwissermotor of van de scharnierbevestigingen door de achterruit. Door de voortdurende trillingen van de tweecilinder dieselmotor kan deze moer na verloop van tijd losraken, barsten (indien van kunststof) of vastroesten. Een losse of beschadigde moer veroorzaakt speling op de achterruitwisserarm, kloppende geluiden en gevaarlijke waterinfiltratie in de bagageruimte.
